The role
Focused on workers’ compensation defense in California. The work is fully litigation-based and will involve handling matters across Southern California venues.
You will be involved in:
- Managing workers’ compensation files
- Handling appearances before the WCAB
- Working with medical records, examiners, and expert opinions
- Analyzing disability issues and benefits exposure
- Preparing matters for hearing and broader litigation support
Compensation & benefits
- Salary: up to $200,000 Benefits
