Key Responsibilities
• Litigate complex personal injury defense and product liability matters.
• Handle insurance coverage litigation on behalf of insurance carriers.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including electronic discovery.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, briefs, legal reports, and litigation correspondence.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses.
• Participate in trial preparation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Represent clients during courtroom conferences, hearings, and motion appearances.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and local counsel nationwide.
• Develop litigation strategies with supervising partners.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Manage day-to-day litigation responsibilities while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Handle multiple active litigation matters and meet critical court deadlines.

Requirements
• 2–5 years of litigation experience.
• Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• Admission to the New York, New Jersey, and/or Connecticut Bar is a plus.
• Experience practicing before Massachusetts state courts.
• Federal court litigation experience is preferred.
• Strong deposition, motion practice, pleading, and e-discovery experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and virtual litigation platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
• Military experience is welcomed.
