Duties
• Advise family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and closely held business owners on sophisticated estate and tax planning matters.
• Design and implement advanced lifetime and testamentary estate planning strategies.
• Analyze complex income, estate, gift, fiduciary, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.
• Supervise legal research related to tax planning techniques and wealth preservation strategies.
• Prepare educational materials, presentations, and planning summaries for clients.
• Meet directly with clients to understand their objectives and provide customized legal guidance.
• Manage estate planning matters from initial consultation through final implementation.
• Coordinate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professional advisors when appropriate.
• Review and oversee drafting of sophisticated estate planning documents.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys while providing guidance on complex legal issues.
• Ensure client matters progress efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in estate planning, trusts and estates, or private client services.
