Location/Schedule: Atlanta, GA – Five days in office
Compensation: $180,000 earning potential, including base salary and performance bonuses

The Role:
- Manage plaintiff-side cases from intake through resolution or trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery materials.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
- Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial.
Core Requirements:
- Active Georgia Bar admission.
- Approximately five years of civil litigation experience.
- Personal injury, employment and/or civil-rights experience.
- Strong drafting, deposition and negotiation skills.
- Genuine passion for plaintiff advocacy.
