On behalf of our client, a global leader in wireless infrastructure and telecommunications asset management, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Telecom Leasing Operations Specialist.
This position sits within an account-specific Leasing Operations division dedicated to managing the full lifecycle of carrier collocations and lease applications. Your day-to-day focus will be driving process efficiency, maintaining strict financial data quality, and partnering cross-functionally to provide major carrier accounts with a seamless experience from initial application creation to final project closeout. Key Responsibilities
- Leasing & Real Estate Support: Provide essential real estate service support, including managing purchase order (PO) requests, conducting rigid installation document reviews, and executing precise contract data entry.
- Carrier Account Deliverables: Own the processing of account-specific customer deliverables and milestone updates within internal databases. This includes managing high-value workflow tools (such as "green sheets" and Lease Management Tools) that directly trigger services revenue.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Partner directly with internal cross-functional teams and external carrier representatives to troubleshoot and resolve installation document discrepancies efficiently.
- Project Maintenance & Closeout: Support Project Managers by initializing, tracking, and closing out carrier maintenance projects. Ensure all necessary installation data is gathered and delivered to secure site inspection revenue.
- Data & System Governance: Input administrative project components—such as one-time fee requirements, unique project coding, and specific jurisdictional mandates—into collocation project tracking databases upon application receipt through On-Air Access (OAA).
- Document Assembly: Compile, upload, and dispatch high-volume customer documents, including structural lease packages, purchase orders, and multi-tier project-level deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of previous professional office or structured internship experience.
- Prioritization: Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to accomplish multiple, time-sensitive tasks within agreed-upon windows in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the confidence to present ideas and process suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Strong professional demeanor with the ability to work collaboratively across different functional groups and employment levels.
Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desirable)
- Practical experience working directly within the telecommunications or wireless real estate industries.
- Foundational experience interpreting complex legal documents, including real estate leases, licensing agreements, and corporate contracts.
