On behalf of our client, a premier enterprise organization, we are seeking a highly meticulous iGRC Data & Compliance Analyst. This critical role is embedded directly within the Enterprise Compliance organization to support the active, high-visibility implementation of an Integrated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (iGRC) ecosystem within ServiceNow (SNOW).

This is a precision-driven role designed for a data-savvy compliance professional or project administrator who thrives on thoroughness, fact-checking, and structured quality assurance. You will serve as the primary line of defense for platform accuracy—ensuring that control mappings, risk ratings, and compliance framework references are flawlessly integrated. If you have hands-on experience navigating ServiceNow IRM modules and have zero tolerance for data inaccuracies, this implementation team is your next step.

Key Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Data Governance: Accurately enter, update, and preserve high-volume iGRC records—including controls, risks, policies, and regulatory mappings—within ServiceNow (SNOW), strictly adhering to established nomenclature and data governance benchmarks.
• Rigorous Fact-Checking & Analysis: Cross-reference and audit iGRC platform content against foundational source documentation and authoritative compliance frameworks to identify gaps, anomalies, or design discrepancies.
• Structured Quality Assurance (QA): Lead comprehensive quality control checks across active iGRC modules. Track QA findings, document errors, flag non-compliant records, and follow up with internal stakeholders to drive swift resolutions before records progress through approval workflows.
• Testing & Migration Collaboration: Partner closely with internal control testers to guarantee that audit evidence and evaluation results are accurately mirrored in SNOW. Support the broader implementation team during data migration and configuration validation sprints.
• Risk Escalation & Reporting: Maintain transparent, daily communication with the Compliance Manager regarding project blockers, quality thresholds, and data integrity metrics.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Platform Expertise: 2 years of direct, hands-on experience supporting iGRC implementations or platform administration, with a strong, definitive preference for ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
• Compliance Framework Familiarity: A solid foundational understanding of core GRC concepts (controls, risks, policies) and enterprise compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Data Validation Literacy: Proven experience performing meticulous data entry, financial/compliance fact-checking, and data reconciliation within a large corporate ecosystem.
• Software Toolsets: Intermediate to advanced proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically utilizing Excel for data matching, sorting, and reconciliation.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a highly structured approach to auditing complex records, and the ability to work seamlessly across technical implementation teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct familiarity with control testing methodologies and enterprise audit evidence standards.
• Active industry credentials such as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow GRC Implementer certification.
• Direct exposure to corporate data quality frameworks or formal software QA processes.
