The Opportunity
The role focuses on corporate debt and commercial finance matters, including syndicated lending, secured transactions, and cash flow credit facilities. The associate will support key workstreams across drafting, diligence, closing execution, coordination with clients and opposing counsel, and management of multiple active transactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a 3rd to 6th year Corporate Debt Finance Associate with:
- 3 to 6 years of finance experience involving syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance matters including cash flow credit facilities
- Excellent academic credentials and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining careful attention to detail and high quality work product
- Admission to the Georgia Bar required
- Ability to provide a resume, representative transaction list, and law school transcript as part of the application process
- Experience in private debt or private credit matters strongly preferred
