The Opportunity
You will work on significant domestic and cross border buy side and sell side transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin offs, carve outs, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and tender offers. The role offers exposure to drafting, diligence, transaction management, negotiation support, client coordination and practical problem solving across complex corporate matters.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a 2nd to 4th year Mergers and Acquisitions Associate with:
- 2 to 4 years of significant mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions experience
- Experience supporting domestic and cross border buy side and sell side transactions
- Working knowledge of acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin offs, carve outs, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and tender offers
- State bar admission or eligibility to become admitted in the practicing jurisdiction as needed
- Strong communication, research, analytical, business and practical legal problem solving skills

Compensation
