Description: We are seeking a driven, analytical, and team-oriented Investment Analyst to join our client’s growing investment and wealth management advisory firm. This in-office role offers hands-on experience supporting senior advisors across investment research, financial planning, client service, and firm growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional motivated to build a long-term career in investment advisory, financial planning, and wealth management.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support senior advisors in financial planning, portfolio construction, and investment research
- Conduct market research and assist with investment due diligence
- Assist with client onboarding and ongoing service and operational requests
- Participate in internal strategy discussions and firm growth initiatives
- Contribute to the firm’s digital presence, including research support, content ideation, analytics, or production assistance
- Continuously develop technical knowledge, industry expertise, and professional skills
- Track progress on projects and support team efficiency
Qualifications:
- 0–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
- Previous collegiate athletics experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to grow into a long-term advisory or investment management role
- Motivated to pursue professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, CAIA, or CPA
