Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Product Support Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee inquiries and carry out various customer support responsibilities.
- Pursue new leads and business opportunities.
- Assist with parts sales across all product lines.
- Process quotes and orders.
- Assist with the development of recommended spare parts lists.
- Capture customer feedback on product performance and provide input to product development team.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or procurement.
- Previous inside sales experience preferred, ideally selling manufacturing or automotive parts products.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Can work independently or as a part of a team.
