What you’ll be doing
- Grow and manage a £1m book of 60-70 existing accounts through cross-sell, up-sell, and renewal strategies
- Execute strategic account plans to deepen engagement and unlock untapped value
- Leverage MEDDIC methodology to qualify opportunities and build sustainable pipelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Editorial and Marketing teams to deliver client value
What you’ll bring
- Proven success managing and growing complex £10k–£100k accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead consultative conversations with senior stakeholders
- Experience with data licencing or similar SaaS-based sales models
- Confident Salesforce user with accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline
