What You’ll Be Doing

• Validate technical documentation to support product launches and certifications
• Navigate US and international flavor regulations (FEMA GRAS, USDA, Codex, JECFA, etc.)
• Oversee label approvals and advertising compliance
• Support third-party certifications (Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher, Halal) and TTB submissions

What You’ll Bring

• 3 years in flavor regulatory compliance (savory exposure a plus)
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international flavor frameworks
• Familiarity with formulation systems like ProductVision
• Effective collaboration skills across R&D, quality, and commercial teams
