What You’ll Be Doing
- Leverage your M&A background to lead diligence, valuation, and integration
- Step into cross-functional strategy work spanning operations, commercial, or FP&A
- Identify and assess new market opportunities and investment themes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Develop and mentor two Strategy Business Partners
What You’ll Bring
- 5–10 years’ experience in M&A, strategy, consulting, or corporate development
- Solid foundation in deal execution with the agility to adapt across functions
- Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and lead project teams
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and financial analysis skills
- Willingness to relocate outside DFW after 12 months
