Compensation
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- $32.00–$34.00 per hour
- $0.20 per hour for each year of experience (up to 10 years)
Registered Nurses (RNs)
- $38.00–$40.00 per hour
- $0.20 per hour for each year of experience (up to 10 years)
Additional Pay
- Night Shift Differential: $3.00/hour
- Weekend Shift Differential: $2.00/hour
Available Shifts
- Full-Time Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Full-Time Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise nursing assistants and provide guidance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
