Compensation

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Starting at $28.00/hour
• $0.10/hour per year of experience (up to 20 years)
• Maximum: $30.00/hour

Registered Nurse (RN):

• Starting at $32.00/hour
• $0.10/hour per year of experience (up to 20 years)
• Maximum: $34.00/hour

Schedule

• Full-Time Positions Available
• LPN Weekend-Only Option Available
• Flexible scheduling based on facility needs

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
• Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
• Lead, support, and collaborate with CNAs and team members
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license (required)
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and families
• Commitment to high-quality care and teamwork
