Schedule

Full-Time Day Shift

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling based on facility needs

• Weekend Differential: $2.00 per hour

Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN): Starting at $32.00 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Starting at $28.00 per hour

Final rate based on experience and determined at hire.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, and state and federal regulations.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Current CPR certification.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.

• Must successfully pass all required background checks.
