Schedule

Full-Time Night Shift

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Rotating weekends

• Set schedules may be available based on staffing needs

Compensation

CNA Wage Scale (Based on Verified Experience)

• Less than 1 Year: $18.00/hour

• 1 Year: $19.50/hour

• 2 Years: $20.50/hour

• 3 Years: $21.50/hour

• 4 Years: $22.50/hour

• 5 Years: $23.50/hour

• 6 Years: $24.50/hour

Shift Differentials

• Night Shift Differential: $2.00/hour

• Weekend Differential: $2.00/hour

Position Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

• Help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

• New CNAs are encouraged to apply—we're happy to train the right candidates.
