We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. If you take pride in providing exceptional care and want to work alongside a supportive, experienced team, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Available

Full-Time Night Shift CNA
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation

CNA Wage Scale (Based on Experience)

• Less than 1 year: $18.00/hour

• 1 year: $19.50/hour

• 2 years: $20.50/hour

• 3 years: $21.50/hour

• 4 years: $22.50/hour

• 5 years: $23.50/hour

• 6 years: $24.50/hour

Additional Pay

• $1.00/hour Evening Shift Differential

• $2.00/hour Night Shift Differential

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence

• Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional resident care

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings
