Wabash Senior Living and Rehabilitation is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. As a large skilled nursing facility with in-house therapy services and a dedicated memory care unit, we offer a supportive, team-oriented environment where your work makes a real difference every day.

We are seeking caregivers who are passionate about working with the geriatric population and committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

Available Shifts

• Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Full-Time Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Compensation

CNA Wage Scale (Based on Experience)

• Less than 1 Year: $17.00/hour

• 1 Year: $18.50/hour

• 2 Years: $19.50/hour

• 3 Years: $20.50/hour

• 4 Years: $21.50/hour

• 5 Years: $22.50/hour

• 6 Years: $23.50/hour

Shift Differentials

• Evening/Night Differential: $2.00/hour

• Weekend Differential: $2.00/hour

Position Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members

• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required

• New CNAs are welcome and encouraged to apply
