Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple structural engineering projects from concept through completion
• Own project outcomes-schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
• Direct and mentor engineers and support staff, building strong, high-performing teams
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver efficient, buildable solutions
• Drive design and analysis with a strong emphasis on wood structures for residential and commercial projects
• Actively contribute to the development of next-generation engineering workflows, automation, and internal tools
• Help build and refine scalable design systems that improve how engineering is executed across projects
• Identify opportunities to challenge conventional processes and implement better, technology-driven solutions
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) required
• Strong background in wood design for residential and commercial structures
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of developing teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead both technically and operationally
• Self-starter mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership
• Genuine interest in innovation, technology, and redefining the engineering process
