Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney with at least five years of experience handling personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will bring strong case management skills and a proven track record of success in insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and insurance defense matters.
• Participate in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Attend in-person hearings, mediations, and client meetings as required.
• Provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients on risk management and case resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and share best practices.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Background in landlord-tenant habitability cases, medical malpractice, or construction defect litigation is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of cases efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Consistent employment history with no significant gaps over the past five years.
