Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Auditing: Conduct regular, deep-dive audits of case files to ensure compliance with Louisiana Civil Procedure, internal milestones, and filing deadlines.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of paralegals and legal assistants, fostering a culture of precision and proactive case handling.
Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the litigation lifecycle and implement streamlined processes for intake, discovery, and trial preparation.
High-Level Litigation Support: Provide oversight on complex personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury and multi-party litigation.

Qualifications
