Key Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury cases with guidance and support from experienced trial attorneys.
- Investigate potential cases and develop legal strategies from inception to trial.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Advocate zealously for clients in depositions, negotiations, and trial proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality case management and client service.
- Contribute to the growth of the firm by supporting new case development and client relationships.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to take on trial work.
- Strong academic qualifications and proven legal writing and analytical skills.
- Personable, responsible, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Interested in growing within a fast-paced, collegial, and dynamic law firm environment.
- Willing and able to relocate to Walnut Creek, CA prior to start.
- Salary Range: $140,000 - $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience and case results.
