Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Restoration to lead and manage large-loss restoration projects from start to finish. This role requires strong expertise in estimating, project execution, and client coordination, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple large-loss restoration projects simultaneously (fire, water, storm, etc.)
Oversee full project lifecycle including assessment, estimating, scheduling, execution, and closeout
Write detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate
Coordinate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitor job progress, costs, and profitability
Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in restoration project management
Proven experience managing large-loss restoration projects
Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required)
Solid understanding of insurance claims and estimating processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
