Personal Injury Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dedicated team. This role requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can manage a high volume of cases while delivering exceptional advocacy for clients involved in personal injury matters. Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload exceeding 100 personal injury cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other necessary documents.

• Represent clients in civil litigation proceedings, advocating for their rights and interests.

• Guide clients through the discovery process, including depositions and evidence gathering.

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to secure appropriate compensation for clients.

• Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to build strong cases.

• Stay informed about changes in personal injury law and apply them to case strategies.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process.

• Work with colleagues and support staff to streamline case management and optimize outcomes.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
• Active license to practice law in the state of California.
• Strong expertise in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury cases.
• Proficiency in drafting legal motions, briefs, and conducting discovery.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, particularly with insurance companies.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 100 cases while maintaining high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
