Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume personal injury litigation caseload through all phases of litigation
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses
- Draft, argue, and respond to motions, memoranda, and discovery
- Prepare clients, witnesses, and evidence for mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings
- Strategize case valuation, negotiate settlements, and advocate for maximum claim value
- Collaborate with paralegals, experts, and supporting personnel to strengthen case work-up
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and expectations
- Position cases for trial when necessary and participate in trial preparation activities
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license and in good standing with the applicable state bar (or ability to promptly obtain)
- Minimum 3 years of recent personal injury litigation experience
- Experience managing an active litigation caseload of 100 or more personal injury cases at one time
- Demonstrated ability to consistently generate at least $1 million in annual legal fees through settlements, verdicts, or other fee-generating outcomes
- Proficiency in trial preparation, motion practice, depositions, and mediation
- Proven ability to independently manage and progress files without extensive oversight
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Strategic legal reasoning and analytical mindset
- Highly organized with exceptional case management discipline

- $100k-$150k base salary performance bonuses/incentives
