- Design and prepare site development plans including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and roadways
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and site feasibility studies
- Develop construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and regulatory agencies
- Manage permitting and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Provide construction-phase support including RFIs and site visits
- Review and mentor junior engineers and designers
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 years of civil/site development experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred Carlson
- PE license preferred or ability to obtain
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
