The Associate Attorney will be a full-time, on-site team member based in North Providence, RI. This role involves managing a caseload under the supervision of senior attorneys. Responsibilities include client intake, case assessment, developing case strategies and providing legal advice to clients. Caseload will primarily be pre-litigation personal injury files The role will further require the associate to assist senior attorneys with litigation files, including attending court hearings, conferences, and other proceedings as assigned, and communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.

Qualifications
- Skilled in Negotiation, with the ability to advocate for clients' interests in settlements and discussions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license (or eligibility for prompt admission) to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting and courtroom presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently while collaborating with a team.
- Professionalism, sound judgment, ethical integrity, and commitment to high-quality client service.
- Prior experience in personal injury matters is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and develop in these areas is essential.
Salary : $70,000 - $230,000
