Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
The Litigation Attorney will play a crucial role in managing a high-value caseload primarily focused on personal injury cases. Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 50-70 cases, focusing on personal injury and wrongful death
- Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff
- Ensure excellent client communication and diligent action on all matters
- Prepare for trials and take depositions
- Work on high-value litigation cases, including trucking and motor vehicle collisions
- At least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Plaintiff experience is required
- Experience in taking and defending depositions
- Trial preparation or trial experience is strongly preferred
- Bar license in good standing within the state of practice
- Experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching support staff
- Ability to present case settlement numbers during the interview process
- Flexibility in the approach to case management is preferred
- Hybrid after 90 days
