Remote Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff Personal Injury)

Position Title: Remote Litigation Attorney

The Litigation Attorney will play a critical role in managing a high-value caseload, primarily focusing on personal injury cases. This position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The attorney will be responsible for supervising support staff and ensuring excellent client communication. Candidates should be prepared to handle a significant number of cases while also mentoring junior team members. The firm values independent work and encourages attorneys to take the initiative to drive results.

Remote Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 50-70 personal injury and wrongful death cases
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff
• Ensure effective communication with clients and take diligent action on all matters
• Prepare for and participate in trials and depositions
• Work on high-value litigation cases, including trucking and motor vehicle collisions
  
  

Remote Litigation Attorney Requirements

• At least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Plaintiff experience is required
• Experience in taking and defending depositions
• Trial preparation or trial experience is strongly preferred
• Bar license in good standing within the relevant state
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching support staff
• Ability to present case statistics during the interview process
• Flexibility in working hours is preferred
