The Human Resources, Payroll, & Benefits Administrator provides administrative support for Human Resources functions, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Promotes and maintains the company's mission, values, and culture. Provides exceptional communication and service to employees. Sets the example of an engaged employee and supports employee engagement throughout the company.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related discipline. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, and general human resources activities preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources and familiarity with federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Maintain a friendly, positive, and approachable demeanor in all situations.
  • Trustworthy and discreet with a high degree of personal integrity to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Prioritize and execute projects / tasks in a high-pressure environment while balancing multiple projects and adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Flexible, open to change, and accepting new unique projects or responsibilities.
  • Desire to continuously learn and stay current on laws, rules, regulations, and trends affecting the human resources field.

Pay range- $26/hr - $28/hr.
