Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration including scheduling, correspondence, records, and reporting.
- Support operational tasks such as job file preparation, vendor and delivery coordination, and customer service.
- Assist with proposals, client follow-ups, and sales support initiatives.
- Act as the Branch Manager's primary point of support for Nashville operations while maintaining communication with Miami HQ.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline office and warehouse operations as the office grows.
- Maintain a professional and collaborative presence, supporting multiple teams and priorities.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, or sales/business development support.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and eager to take on increasing responsibilities.
