Duties
- Full-service bookkeeping using QuickBooks Enterprise software.
- Bank recs, invoicing, AP/AR, bank accounts, vendor coordination.
- Office and operations supply management.
- Vendor management including invoice verification plus communication related to pricing, billing and/or change of services.
- Organize and maintain filing systems on cloud.
- Use of QuickBooks business software. QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred.
- Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in clerical tasks, including data entry and document preparation
