Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on solar-powered generators and lighting equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues affecting equipment performance
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure reliable equipment operation
- Repair and replace mechanical, electrical, and control system components
- Ensure equipment meets operational and safety standards
- Diagnose faults in mechanical and electrical systems within solar-powered equipment
- Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support to operations teams and field staff
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records
- Travel to job sites to inspect, service, and repair equipment
- Operate company-provided vehicle to support field service activities
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve equipment issues
- Ensure proper setup and functionality of site power and lighting solutions
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working condition
- Participate in safety training and compliance initiatives
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and diagnostics
- Ability to work independently and manage field service schedules

- Forklift operation experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
