Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the team. The firm is a small, but mighty plaintiff's law firm specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice and financial fraud. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of the various phases of litigation and general case management with strong multitasking and communication skills.
Responsibilities Include
Provide administrative support such as answer phone calls, respond to emails, and calendaring hearings and depositions.
Conduct potential client intakes via phone;
Schedule court reporters and videographers for depositions; and
File notices, motions, and other documents with the court using third party provider system.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
Friendly, can-do attitude!
