D3 Search is actively seeking a Litigation Paralegal on behalf of a respected national law practice (nursing home abuse & neglect) with a long-standing office located in Long Beach, CA (90802)
Position Title:
Litigation Paralegal
- Important Note: 5 years previous litigation paralegal experience in a LAW PRACTICE is REQUIRED. Employer prefers candidate possessing prior plaintiff and trial expertise/experience.

Role Summary:
Prominent national law practice headquartered in Long Beach, CA (90802) committed to fighting nursing home abuse & neglect across the U.S. seeks accomplished Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Record and store client information.
General Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience required in CIVIL LITIGATION and law & motion.
- BA/BS degree highly preferred
- Compliance with Bus. & Prof. code 6450 highly preferred.
- Proficient in legal research.
- MS Office proficient. Particular emphasis on MS Excel skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deadline driven and detail-oriented.
Annual Salary/Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary/comp. is 110K | DOE/DOQ plus a comprehensive health benefits package, generous PTO, hybrid work model, yearly reviews, annual & lucrative bonuses, etc.
