Our client is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems. This is a Monday-Friday position with steady hours and no residential attic work.

- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and energy management control systems (EMCS).
- Service equipment such as chillers, boilers, air handlers, heat pumps, compressors, control panels, and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Clean and maintain HVAC equipment, including coils, drain lines, and cooling towers.
- Complete work orders and maintain repair records.
- Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and inspectors as needed.
- Follow all safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, pneumatics, and building controls.
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand and power tools.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
- Trade school education and commercial maintenance experience are a plus.
- Work in commercial buildings, warehouses, industrial facilities, and office spaces.
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, bend, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons or emergency situations.
- Local travel is required.
Salary : $22 - $30
