As an HVAC Technician, you will perform service and maintenance tasks on commercial and/or residential HVAC equipment.
Compensation aspects of the role are dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Conditioning and Heating (HVAC) Service Technician, based in Jackson, TN. Principal responsibilities include the following:
- Diagnose, repair and maintain air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Install/Replace HVAC equipment and related components as needed
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and control systems
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and solutions
- Accurately document service calls, repairs and parts used
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance
- Understanding of EPA regulations and guidelines
- Commitment to excellent customer satisfaction and service
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team in an on-site environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
