- As a Senior Service Technician, you will:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including:
- Air conditioning systems
- Heat pumps
- Gas furnaces
- Boilers
- Zoning systems
- Clearly explain system issues and options to homeowners
- Recommend repairs, maintenance, or replacement solutions when appropriate
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability
- Maintain accurate service documentation using field service software
- Represent the company professionally in customers' homes
