We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our Wilmington, Delaware office. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting our complex commercial litigation practice, with a particular focus on matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved program) preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years of Delaware paralegal experience
- Demonstrated experience with the Delaware Court of Chancery, including e-filing, necessary
- Bankruptcy Court experience a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail required
- Exceptional organizational skills necessary
- Ability to manage multiple priorities from multiple attorneys from multiple offices in a deadline-driven environment required
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint, as well as various document management systems (Relativity)
- Assist attorneys in all phases of complex commercial litigation, particularly Court of Chancery matters
- Draft, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, correspondence, and discovery materials
- Prepare filings and manage e-filing in Delaware courts, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and procedures
- Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation binders
- Track deadlines, hearings, and case developments; manage calendars and case management systems
- Conduct factual and procedural review of court dockets and filings
- Review and process documents for production
- Assist with deposition preparation, hearings, and trial preparation
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner
- Support attorneys with bankruptcy-related matters where applicable, including filings and case tracking
- Accurately track and record billable time in accordance with firm policies
- Assist in the management of the Delaware office
- Compensation is dependent on several factors, such as position, location, market, education, training, and/or experience

Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
