We are seeking a skilled Flat Laser Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC laser cutting machines (Mitsubishi Fiber or CO2). This role focuses on precision cutting, quality inspection, and routine maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (Fiber or CO2)
- Load programs and adjust cutting parameters and focal settings
- Handle raw materials and finished parts using appropriate equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and CAD/CAM files
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Ensure product quality using precision measuring tools
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and replace consumables
- Troubleshoot machine and program issues
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area
- Experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (Mitsubishi Fiber or CO2 preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Experience using inspection tools and measurement techniques
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge
