Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting to develop and manage comprehensive financial strategies
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling with strong analytical skills to support strategic decisions
- Strong Finance knowledge and experience in interpreting financial statements and metrics
- Ability to manage cap tables and investments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree, CPA, and/or CFA designation is a plus)
- Ability to work on-site in Tucson, AZ at least part time
- Experience in aerospace or technology industries and government contracting is a plus
