We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable Office Administrator to provide comprehensive support across three distinct businesses.
In this dynamic role, you will be the operational backbone of our organizations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. All communication with clients and stakeholders will be conducted virtually via text, email, phone, and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking, prioritizing, and completing tasks within established deadlines.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track the progress, budgets, and administrative requirements of construction projects.
- Maintain organized digital records and streamline operations using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and Zoom.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders via text, email, phone, and Zoom.
