The Role & Non-Negotiable Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 18 years of hands-on experience as a P&C CSR or Account Manager, in an independent agency environment.
Licensing: Active and valid New Jersey Property and Casualty (P&C) Producer or CSR License.
Systems: Expert proficiency with the AMS360 agency management system is essential.
Product Focus: Extensive experience quoting and servicing Home, Condo, Renters, Dwelling Fire, Personal Umbrella, Personal Flood, and Auto policies across multiple carriers.
The Critical Cultural Requirement (Focus On Longevity)
We have struggled with retention recently, as previous hires did not integrate well into our structured office environment and struggled with direction from the Office Manager.
