The CSR Supervisor also allocates manpower, provides leadership, and ensures accountability across all CSR activities.
What You Will Do
- Implement and maintain efficient CSR processes to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight and guidance aligned with overall strategic objectives.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to support departmental and company initiatives.
- Ensure timely processing of materials and accurate transfer of parts to subsequent teams.
- Promote and maintain good housekeeping and organization within the CSR area.
- Investigate and address discrepancies reported by team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Oversee departmental daily functions to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and validate internal inventory accuracy.
- Support and participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the CSR team in leadership meetings to address and resolve operational challenges.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional business or operations environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong data entry, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and flexible work approach.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including bending, twisting, lifting to 30 lbs unassisted, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of computer components and parts preferred.
- Experience using a pallet jack a plus.
- Proactive, positive, and focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
