The Escrow Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in El Paso, TX, responsible for managing real estate escrow transactions from opening through closing. Daily responsibilities include opening new escrow files, reviewing contracts, gathering required documentation, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders. The role involves preparing and reviewing settlement statements, ensuring accurate disbursement of funds, and verifying that all conditions and requirements are met prior to closing.

Qualifications
- Strong escrow and title processing skills, including opening, managing, and closing residential and/or commercial files.

- Solid financial and math skills for balancing files, handling funds, and reconciling escrow accounts.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to work with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve title or escrow issues.
- Comfortable using industry software, general computer applications, and learning new systems quickly.
- Previous experience in title, escrow, or real estate closing is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Texas real estate and escrow regulations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in real estate, title, or escrow is preferred.
