What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custom Van Build Technician position at W3Global?
About The Job
Every project is different. One week you're installing a custom electrical system for a family's cross-country adventure. The next, you're fabricating a mobile office for a digital nomad heading to Alaska. We're the team behind some of the most incredible custom vans on the road-and we need someone who's as passionate about craftsmanship as our customers are about adventure.
What Makes This Different
Transform empty cargo vans into fully functional mobile homes and offices. Install everything from external accessories like roof racks, ladders, lights, winches, suspension systems - or solar systems and lithium batteries, through to custom cabinetry and electrical systems. Cut body panels for windows and vents. Diagnose and repair complex 12V and 110V systems. Every build is a puzzle-and you'll be the one solving it.
Who We Need
This is a full-time career opportunity, not a side gig. We invest heavily in our team through training, equipment, and growth opportunities. We need someone who:
CNC experience, vehicle maintenance knowledge, LEAN manufacturing background
