- Maintain strong knowledge of commercial doors, hardware, and dock equipment
- Conduct site visits, take precise measurements, and document findings
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Generate sales through technical expertise and service quality
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Coordinate material ordering and ensure project readiness
- Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation
- Minimum 5 years in the commercial door industry
- At least 3 years of experience in estimating, project management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial doors, hardware, and loading dock systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, project management tools)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
