This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lakewood, CA, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of commercial door installation and repair projects, coordinate and schedule technicians, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain communication with clients to manage expectations and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities also include resource allocation, quality control, compliance with safety standards, and ensuring efficient operations to meet company goals.
- Project Management and Coordination: Experience in project planning, scheduling, and overseeing installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
- Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead teams effectively, manage client relationships, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of commercial doors, hardware, and dock equipment, as well as related maintenance and repair processes.
