Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lakewood, CA, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of commercial door installation and repair projects, coordinate and schedule technicians, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain communication with clients to manage expectations and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities also include resource allocation, quality control, compliance with safety standards, and ensuring efficient operations to meet company goals.

Qualifications
  • Project Management and Coordination: Experience in project planning, scheduling, and overseeing installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
  • Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead teams effectively, manage client relationships, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of commercial doors, hardware, and dock equipment, as well as related maintenance and repair processes.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify project challenges, develop solutions, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Safety Standards: Knowledge of industry safety regulations and protocols relevant to commercial installations and repairs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the facility management or construction industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software is advantageous.
