- Operate and set up CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Verify tooling, gauges, documentation, and calibration requirements before production
- Monitor tool performance, cycle times, and machine operations
- Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate equipment concerns to supervisors
- Read and understand G-Code and M-Code programs
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards, specifications, and production deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all quality, safety, and HSE procedures
- 1 year of CNC milling machine experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
- Understanding of G-Code, M-Code, cutting tools, and machining processes
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical machining certification or degree preferred
- Siemens controls experience preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
